1 kg sirloin - cut into 4 and boil to cook. Then drain and dry.
Ingredients A
200 gm dried chillies
150gm red onions
1gm dried shrimp paste (belacan)
6 cloves garlic
Blend all the above
3 lemon grass - slightly crushed
Ingredients B
Sugar, salt, vinegar - to taste
3 tbls thick soy sauce
2 onions sliced (round pieces)
4 tbls cooking oil
4 tsp sesame seeds - fry lightly in a dry pan (saute) or roasted
Cut the meat in slices and use a tenderiser hammer and tenderise the meat slices.
Fry the meat slices in cooking oil. When cooked, drain to dry.
Saute Ingredients A until it becomes aromatic.
Add in Ingredeints B . Simmer until cook. Then add in the meat back into the pot.
Garnish with the roasted sesame seeds and fried onions (optional).
Best served with hot steamy rice.
