Homemade Chilly Sauce

Ingredients
500gm Fresh red chillies or dried chillies - remove seeds, cleaned, boil and blend with some cooking oil
300gm sugar
60 ml vinegar
30 gm salt
Optional
50 gm blended garlic - this will make it garlic chilly sauce
Cook all ingredients together until thick on medium heat until thick consistency.
Leave to cool and bottle. Bottles should be boiled to sanitise and dried properly before using to store chilly sauce.
Keep refrigerated.
