Banana Fritters (pisang goreng)

Ingredients
4 bananas or plantains - cut to preferred shape for frying
Batter -
50gm tapioca flour
50gm rice flour
50gm plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
50gm cooking oil
200ml water
1/4tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp custard powder (optional)
cooking oil for deep frying
Mix the ingredients for batter in a blender
Drop the banana pieces into the batter for deep frying. Fry until golden brown.
Ideal to be eaten with ice cream or dip into sugar, or just eat it on its own.
