Cornflake macaroons

Ingredients

2 egg whites

1/2 tsp salt

120 gm sugar

100 gm cornflakes, crushed

140gm chocolate, chopped

1tsp vanilla essence

Mix egg whites, salt and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer until meringue.

Add cornflakes and chocolate, mix well

Spoon on tray and bake for 45min at 100celcius

Leave to cool completely before eating
